IGT Solutions Strengthens its BPO & Tech Services Portfolio with the Signing of Definitive Agreements for the Acquisition of Outsourcing Support Services S.R.L, Romania

[Bucharest, 2nd April 2025] – IGT Solutions, a leading provider of digital and data-driven transformation solutions, has signed definitive agreements to acquire Outsourcing Support Services S.R.L (OSSR), a BPO & Tech Services provider, subject to the fulfilment of certain closing conditions.

OSSR is a subsidiary of Connections Consult, a publicly listed Romanian company, and includes two of its affiliates. This strategic move strengthens IGT Solutions' European presence and enhances its expertise in delivering high-value BPO and technology services across industries.

OSSR has a proven track record of serving global industry leaders in the FMCG, Industrial, and Logistics sectors.

As IGT Solutions prepares to welcome skilled OSSR professionals, the integration would leverage both organizations' strong cultural alignment and complementary specializations. It will continue to serve OSSR's clients, ensuring seamless services while actively assessing opportunities to enhance value.
