BPO’s Should Collaborate To Fight Rising Infrastructural Costs

SME’s To Lead BPO Entry Into Tier 2 & 3 Cities To Help Grow Industry Faster

“BPO’s need to collaborate to fight rising Infrastructural costs”, said Mr Akhil Agarwal, COO, Interglobe Technologies while speaking at The First Bharatico.co BPO Conference, shaping Direction 2012 -2013 at the the Maurya Sheraton. Organised by BPO Association in collaboration with World BPO forum the Bharati.co BPO conference discussed The future of BPO’s in India under emerging issues like Risk Management and Disaster Recovery Business Continuity Plan, Failure Mode Effect Analysis among other Key Drivers for Development and Growth Of Domestic BPO and Challenges for 2012-2013.

Eminent for the growth of the BPO sector with less focus on voice based BPO’s was another consensus among most delegates present.
