Job Overview: IGT Solutions is seeking a skilled and engaging Trainer to join our team in the BPO industry. The Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our call center staff. This role requires a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to the needs of call center staff, including onboarding, skills enhancement, and compliance training
- Create engaging training content, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules
- Regularly update training materials to reflect changes in company policies, procedures, and industry best practices
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing employees
- Use a variety of instructional techniques, including role-playing, simulations, and case studies, to enhance learning outcomes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Monitor and assess trainee performance and progress, providing feedback and guidance to improve skills and competencies
- Conduct post-training evaluations to measure the impact of training on job performance and identify areas for further development
- Prepare and maintain training reports, tracking key metrics such as attendance, completion rates, and participant feedback
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce training concepts and address any skill gaps or performance issues
- Serve as a resource for employees, answering questions and providing assistance as needed
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to address specific training needs and challenges
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to training and development
- Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods
- Implement innovative training techniques and tools to enhance the learning experience
Qualifications:
- Experience of 3-5 years in the BPO industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in training or instructional design are a plus
- Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in a BPO or call center environment
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
- Proficiency in using training software, e-learning platforms, and standard office applications
