Before joining IGT Solutions, Katie was the global business leader for Enterprise Services and Data & Analytics at Genpact. In this role, she managed multiple service lines. She was instrumental in driving AI-led digitization and growth in core service areas, opening new opportunities in adjacent services, and contributing to a revenue of USD 2 billion.
With over two decades of experience, Katie embodies inspiring leadership in strategy, corporate development, and change management. She has guided start-ups, excelled in a leading strategy consulting firm, and led Fortune 500 companies to success. Katie's strategic vision and leadership have consistently driven revenue growth, enhanced shareholder value, and established market leadership, making her a catalyst for radical change and an impactful influence in every role she undertakes.
Katie holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Chief Operation Officer
Prabhakar Bisen is the Chief Operation Officer of IGT Solutions.
As Chief Operating Officer, Prabhakar is responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading the company’s operations and technology transformation journey.
Prabhakar has led transformation for various organizations over his twenty-year career, with a specific focus on global operations, technology, and strategy. He joined IGT Solutions from Straive, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Earlier at Cognizant, Prabhakar held senior leadership roles handling critical business areas. Prior to that, he worked with WNS Global Services, serving as the Founding President & CEO of WNS Philippines, the first-ever JV of WNS group.
Prabhakar’s specialty lies in nurturing and building global, scaled-up businesses from start-ups, building teams, and developing capabilities with operational excellence.
He is a graduate of Electrical Engineering and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad

John Thompson is the Chief Revenue Officer of IGT Solutions.
As Chief Revenue Officer, John is responsible for all Global Revenue functions, including Sales, Account Management, and Marketing. John's leadership focuses on driving revenue opportunities and coaching high-performing teams.
Before IGT Solutions, his leadership experience ranged from co-founding two start-up companies to holding leadership positions at Teleperformance, Qualfon, and Sitel.
With over 15 years of experience, John is known for building proactive, rigorous, and collaborative teams that have led to extensive success across revenue functions.
John holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Creighton University and a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University.

Amir Bharwani is a prominent HR professional with over 24 years of leadership experience across global organizations, including SITEL, Bank of America, and WNS. Known for his strategic approach, Amir has successfully driven initiatives that enhance organizational growth, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
In his most recent role as Principal/Head of HR at eClerx Services Ltd, Amir was pivotal in fostering leadership talent, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and strengthening the company’s organizational framework.
Previously, at WNS, Amir held several key leadership roles, including HR Head for the Travel Vertical, HR Lead for the Philippines operations, and HR Head for BFS, Insurance, and Healthcare businesses. His expertise in managing diverse teams and implementing innovative HR strategies drove business efficiency, employee engagement, and business success for each organization he worked with.

Nav brings over 25 years of global executive leadership to his role as the Head of IGTx, the newly launched business unit at IGT Solutions. As the Head of IGTx, he orchestrates strategic growth, cultivates robust customer alliances, forges high-impact partnerships, and explores transformative, AI-driven avenues to accelerate business outcomes.
Nav has previously worked in leadership positions for global powerhouses such as Amazon/AWS, Infosys, Wipro, and Xoriant Corporation (a Chrys Capital company). He consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive large-scale transformations. At Amazon/AWS, he architected and nurtured strategic relationships with telecom leaders and global systems integrators, delivering multi-billion-dollar IT transformation programs that fueled enterprise-scale growth. Nav captured high-stakes transformation deals through rigorous competitive RFP processes during his tenure at Infosys, positively influencing millions of lives. His visionary approach has also led to successful collaborations with industry leaders like SAP, IBM, AWS, and Microsoft, solidifying his reputation for crafting transformative partnerships that redefine industry standards.
