Call Center Agent

IGT Solutions needs call center agents who can provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will handle and address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow up on customer issues or provide information
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, including troubleshooting and resolving issue
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any remaining issues
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain service quality
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company changes and improve skills

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in BPO industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands and schedules
