Overview
IGT’s Airline Reservation Chatbot (ARC) is a cognitive chatbot solution designed to enhance digital traveller’s experience enabling end-to-end airline reservation process through Chatbots.
The bot enables natural language conversations with the travelers and helps them find the best fit options for their travelling needs. It is integrated with backend systems such that real-time information and transactions can be exchanged through APIs.
